SHIPPING

We offer $15 flat rate shipping to Canada and the USA.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Processing and shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.

Please allow a few days for your order to be prepared for shipment. Once your order is packaged, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. If you haven't received your email yet, be sure to check your spam folder.

As soon as your package is placed in the hands of Canada Post, we can no longer be responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen goods. We provide tracking and insurance (when available) on all orders and do our darndest to ensure your order is packaged as safely possible to arrive in one piece in your hands.

If you live in the U.S., please be prepared for possible customs charges and the potentially delay on shipping. The customer is responsible for any customs charges.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Delivery is available Monday through Friday / 10am to 5pm. See list below for the delivery fee for your area.

We deliver on Vancouver Island between Ladysmith and North Saanich and to Salt Spring Island. The delivery fee covers cost of fuel, potential ferry costs, delivery time and care taken to ensure your purchase arrives safely to your preferred destination.

If you choose "Local Delivery" - Please leave instructions on where you would like your purchase to be left at your home (ie: front door, ring buzzer #123 and I'll come down, under the red bird house, etc) in the "Delivery Instructions" at checkout.

After your purchase is complete, you will be contacted via text/email to notify you of the date and time of delivery. Be sure to check your spam folder for notifications.

SAFETY FIRST

Your safety and comfort are my #1 priority, so if you would feel more comfortable having contactless delivery, or if you would like that I wear a mask, please let me know in your instructions during the checkout process.

I will leave the package in the spot that you outlined in your delivery instructions or I will ring your doorbell/buzzer or knock on the door to let you know that your package has arrived safely. If you are not home, I will leave it in the spot that you requested and be on my way. 

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

Monday through Friday / 10am to 5pm

If you're looking to avoid delivery fees and want to go for a scenic drive up a mountain, choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. This is also a great option if you want to get your purchase quicker than waiting for shipping or delivery.

After purchase, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup in Duncan, BC, with details including studio address and where to find your purchase. Be sure to check your spam folder for notifications.

FURNITURE SHIPPING / DELIVERY / PICKUP

We currently offer Local Delivery and Free Local Pickup on Drift's larger items. Shipping is not available for furniture at this time.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All measurements and material contents are included in the description of each item, so please be sure to check that it will work for your needs prior to purchasing. If you still have questions regarding a particular piece, please contact me before checking out.

The majority of Drift products are vintage or have been previously used and loved and as a result can show some natural wear typical of their age. Any major defects are removed in the refreshing process, however if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged beyond the natural age of the piece, please take photos of the damage and contact me within 48 hours so we can assess the issue and find a solution together. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Currently accepted forms of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Should you wish to pay by E-Transfer or Debit, please contact me to make arrangements.
